Florián Padilla, Jr is one of 8 Padilla family producers who we routinely buy from each season. Florian's farm, El Pepino, is at the top of the property/hamlet and is mixed with coffee and vegetables like yucca and sweet potato and maybe cucumbers ?!?! (Pepino). Regardless, this year's harvest of caturra and bourbon is sweet with subtle lychee or starfruit and pastry cream. 1 of two lots from Florián.
