Notes from Bows:
This is a first year coffee from a first year project initiated by Red Fox Coffee Merchants. It's a lovely soft, unobtrusive coffee - which, to us, means good post-harvest processing and stable drying. That may sound boring but it's the difference between great coffees and erratic, inconsistent ones. The viability, longevity and dare we say sustaina...nope, can't say it, depend on clean, sweet cups. This coffee is all comfort and subtle fruit. It's very good.
