Orlando's coffee has been on our menu since the day we opened in 2011. For several years we've purchased all of his coffee but it's only been since the last couple years that all the coffees have been separated by variety and location on the farm. This lot of 100% Pacas is showing well despite the new world rearrangement of chronic International shipping delays. It landed nicely. El Filo is the first planted area of the Moreno's multigenerational coffee farm.
