Nelson is a member of Los Guácharos, a splinter group of dedicated producers employing land-first cultivation and growing practices. This lot is 100% Pink Bourbon variety - expect sweet fruity and floral cups with juicy acidity. When we bought Nelson's coffee for the first time last year we didn't do shit to source it... just picked up the phone and said: "Michelle, give us the good stuff." Thankfully, Shared Source has that stuff. And now Nelson's coffee is available here every season.
