Every year we've been here we've had Mario's coffee. People don't know enough about good Nicaraguan coffees, so that's our job. His lots come from three small farms: Santisima; La Escondida and this one, Santa Gema. Balanced acidity, subtle dried fruit, panela. Easy coffee to drink everyday.
