Located in Winnipeg's historic Exchange District, Parlour Coffee is dedicated to creating an excellent experience centred around high quality specialty coffee.

beside the woodbine since 2011

Parlour proudly serves and sells ethically sourced and seasonally fresh specialty coffee from several of North America's leading micro coffee roasters including 49th Parallel, and Dogwood Coffee (roasted a few hundred meters away). We also really love and serve great tea from Camellia Sinensis (Quebec).

Our retail offering includes freshly roasted coffee, high quality tea, and items from Able Brewing, Aeropress, Baratza, Chemex, Hario, Technivorm, Iittala, Rorstrand and Arabia Finland ceramics among other things.

Wolseley's Tall Grass Prairie Bread Company, Oh Doughnuts, and our pals at Beet Happening supply us with fresh baked goods, delivered daily. We use Red Spring Bakery organic sourdough bread for our not-too-fancy toast menu featuring housemade ricotta and jams from our pals at Vera Pizza.

We try our best to cater to a variety of dietary restrictions and offer milk alternatives, as well as vegan and gluten free baked goods.
